Gazing down into the gaping Great Pit or the 208 metre deep Creutz Shaft can make your stomach tingle!

You can look into the old wheel house at Creutz, peep into the Ropeworks and the Ore Washery, visit the Mining Museum and see the fantastic models by Polhem and other engineers.

In the visitor’s mine special tours are arranged occasionally for children aged 5-9, combining fantasy and history.
